Miss Royalty originates from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is a mix of Brazilian, African American & Polish. Her mother is Brazilian & Polish and her father is African American. She lived in Brazil with her mother up until she was 5. Then she moved to the United States and grew up in Beverly Hills, California with her Father and Step & God Mother. Her childhood was a blast. She has a loving family and was raised with a loving well grounded family. She was always into something as a child. At the age of 5 she danced Ballet for Lulu Washington Dance Academy for 4 years. Then continued in Hip Hop Dance at the age of 16-18. She was a Girl Scout from age 5-8. She started acting and performing in plays in 1st grade throughout high school as well as in the church. She was a part of the choir at West Los Angeles Church age 8 – 14. She was always the speaker at main events such as graduations and ceremonies. She attended Hamilton High School being a cheerleader as well as Los Angeles High School where she was captain of the cheer squad.

Her honor's that she has received was a High School Diploma in 2006. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing from CSUN in 2009. Now she is working on her Masters Degree at CSUN which she shall receive in 2011 at the age of 23

Healthy Tips by Angela Showers

1. Get up & Get Moving
Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Hit the basketball court; have a water fight your kids; get out and dance, have a Taebo party. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress reliever. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it. Meanwhile, move more. Thought for the day: In the words of Laura A. Gibson... "Boom Kat Boom"...Then do it!

2.No Pigs Allowed
Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Thought for the day: Lean, mean, fat-burning machine…. Then be one!

3. Dropping the Butt
The jury is definitely in on this verdict. Ever since 1960 when the Surgeon General announced that smoking was harmful to your health, Americans have been reducing their use of tobacco products that kill. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Could it be the Hollywood influence? It seems the stars in every movie of late smoke cigarettes. Beware. AJ - As long as I can remember I have always wanted to become a model. It has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I remember always saying it anytime a teacher would ask "What do you Want to be when you grow up?!" I love being in front of the camera and creating a striking image. I feel as though it is my destiny to become a model.

TC - Who inspired you and what models do you look up to?
AJ - I look up to models such as Tyra Banks, Eva Pigford and Chanel Iman

TC - Who's your favorite Photographer and who would you like to work with?
AJ - At the moment, I can't really say that I have a favorite photographer although I have worked with a couple of great local ones. I would like to work with Shamayim Photography. His work is fabulous!.

TC - Whats your favorite form of relaxation?
AJ - My favorite form of relaxation is just simply laying down listening to slow jams. I have been trying to get a romantic night to myself with a candle lit bubble bath and slow jams. =)

TC - Who's your favorite designer and Why?
AJ - My favorite designer is Roberto Cavalli because his designs are very sexy, feminine and chic. I love his choice of fabrics and cuts. I also like BCBG Maxazria.

TC - Whats your favorite make-up line?
AJ - I would have to say Cover Girl and MAC

TC - What makes you feel sexy?
AJ - I feel sexy when Im fresh out of the shower and I slip into my boyshorts. I love my boyshorts! I think I love the way they cup my backside and shows just the right amount to make a person say Owwww!! ;-)

TC - Are you single?
AJ - Believe it or not, I AM Single...

TJ - What attracts you to the opposite sex or are you attracted to both?
AJ - I am attracted to males (sorry ladies...) What catches my eyes on the opposite sex is their eyes, luscious lips, a smile that'll make me melt, a body of steel, smooth skin and must have some swag to him. I am even more attracted to intelligent guys who have goals in life and who are always striving to do better. One who has great confidence, positive and knows how to carry himself in public. And I really love the ones who knows how to cater to a lady in every way.. ;-)

TJ - What magazines would you like to be featured in?
AJ - I would like to be featured in magazines such as 944, Show Girl Magazine, Smooth, King, XXL. It would be an honor if I can be featured in a high fashion magazine such as Vogue and Elle!

TJ - What was your favorite photo shoot and why?
AJ - My favorite photoshoot was one I did for a local Hair Salon (Spanish Fly) shot by Tom Huynh. It was just a crazy atmosphere and the people were really fun to work with. I was constantly laughing throughout the shoot at their crazy shinanigans!.

TJ - What did you go to school for?
AJ - I am currently in school working towards a degree in fashion production and merchandising.

TJ - What contributions have you given back to society?
AJ - I have donated many clothes and furniture throughout the years to Salvation Army in hopes that they can provide the clothes that i donate to those who are less fortunate than me who cannot afford them under whatever circumstance it may be.
I have also donated to local charities such as the Boys and Girls Club and to the Sacramento Food Bank...

TJ - If you could change one thing about peoples perceptions of models what would it
be?
AJ - I would change the perception that urban models are "video hoes". I dont understand why some people tend to believe that if you are in a rapper's music video that you must have done some "adult activities" to get the part and that is definitely not the case! Many of these women actually attend casting calls with several other women with a portfolio in hand hoping to be chosen for the part. The ones who constantly get chosen for many videos obviously is out shining the rest and bringing the energy to the castings calls in which casting directors are looking for. The models in these videos are doing the same thing as an actress is doing in a movie: playing a role. It is just unfair that urban models are looked down upon compared to Fashion Models, Victoria Secret Models and actresses.

TJ - Whats next for you?
AJ -I have a couple of shoots lined up as well as fashion shows. Also I am going to be making an appearance in a major recording artist music video soon. (shhh.. it's a secret!)I am currently working on building up my portfolio and getting signed to an agency.Working on getting more magazine features... And last but not least... Getting the world to know who is Ahjinae!!

1.TC - You have a very exotic look where are you from and whats your current
location?
TN -I'm from Atlanta, GA, and was raised my whole life between there and Orange County, CA. I live full time in OC now, but my exotic looks come from my very mixed ancestry. I'm Black, Puerto Rican, Asian, French and Irish.

2.TC - What made you decide to go into modeling?
TN -I actually just sort of "fell into" modeling. A photographer contacted me through myspace before i ever had any professional photos and said he liked my look and wanted to photograph me. Once i had that set of professional photos, more photographers started contacting me, and it sort of just snowballed into what it is now!

3.TC - Who inspired you and what models do you look up to?
TN -When i first got into the business, I knew nothing about it (since it wasnt my aspiration to be a model at first), but as i got more involved in the industry i started following the careers of women like Monique Minor, Rosa Acosta, Nilanti Narain (who i've had the pleasure to get to know), Brooke Bailey, Vanessa Veasley and Suelyn. All of these women are beautiful with
personalities to match, and they're all doing big and admirable things right now!

4.TC - Who's your favorite Photographer and who would you like to work with?
TN -Its REALLY hard for me to pick just one favorite photographer, theres so many talented ones out there both famous and non-famous. David LaChapelle is of course a genius, and aside from him I love the work of Nick Saglimbeni of Slickforce Studios and Ryan Dwyer (Spanish Maxim) and can't wait to work with both of them in the near future.

5.TC - Whats your favorite form of relaxation?
TN -For me, a glass of my favorite wine (Moscato D'Asti) and my favorite desert(White chocolate mango creme brulee) complete with a bubble bath, candles, and smooth music is my idea of heaven.

6.TC - Who's your favorite designer and Why?
TN -Christian Dior, Christian Louboutin, Roberto Cavalli and Rock & Republic are my favorite designers. They're super edgy and sexy, and that totally fits my style so I can never go wrong with them! I call them my "Fantastic Four"

7.TC - Whats your favorite make-up line?
TN -My two favorites are NARS and Make Up For Ever Professionals. They're both probably the best kept secrets in the industry. I rarely ever use MAC anymore for shoots or for my every day makeup needs. It's all about NARS and Make Up For Ever for me!

8.TC - What makes you feel sexy?
TN -Being naked makes me feel sexy. I love walking around natural, and whenever I can I do. I think women have such beautiful form and I love seeing mine unobstructed. Also, taking care of my man makes me feel sexy. Whether its cooking him dinner or rubbing his back, if I know I'm making him feel taken care of, that makes me feel super sexy.

9.TC - Are you single?
TN -Sorry gentlemen (and ladies), I'm very un-single and very happy.

10.TC -What attracts you to the opposite sex or are you attracted to both?
TN -I'm very attracted to both sexes. I think women are some of the most sexy beautiful creatures in the world. Curves, eyes and smile on a woman always intrigue me. I'm a straight woman, but I definitely appreciate and admire women as well! As far as men go, I love a man who is confident and knows how to assert power without being overbearing. I like successful men with goals and aspirations. And a sexy body, tattoos (the more the better!) and a beautiful smile make me weak no matter what

11.TC -What magazines would you like to be featured in?
TN -SHOW Magazine is what i'm currently aiming for...and in the future I would love to see myself featured in Maxim, FHM, Stuff, Smooth, Black Mens Magazine,XXL, and King (online of course...RIP to the print version! lol)

12.TC -What was your favorite photo shoot and why?
TN -I recently had a photo shoot with my regular photographer Joseph Rivera. I've shot with him countless times and he's always a pleasure to work with! I was shooting mass content for my website that I'm soon launching, and I LOVED the results! My hair, makeup, accessories and lingerie were different from any shoot i had done before and i was thrilled with the results! So far, thats been my favorite shoot to date!

13.TC -What did you go to school for?
TN -I went to school as an English major and completed with a degree. Now I'm currently in the middle of training for the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department.

14.TC-What contributions have you given back to society?
TN-I've had the pleasure and fortune to work with a couple of foundations such as the "DeShawn Snow Foundation", "You Go Girl!", and Tyra Bank's "T-Zone", all of which focus on empowerment and enrichment of young girls self-esteems. I know that its difficult for young girls to grow up in a society that values perfection so much. As a model, I know first hand that 99.9% of the "perfect" women that girls see in media arent even close to being that perfect in reallife. I think its important as models, for us to reach out to these girls and
show them that we arent nearly as perfect as out retouched images sometimes
display. Its important for them to see us, and see that we're just like them and that theyre acceptable and beautiful just the way they are.

15.TC-If you could change one thing about peoples perceptions of models what would
it be?
TN-I would change the perception that we're unintelligent. I've become close with a lot of models in this industry, and you would be so surprised to know how many of us have degrees. So many models do so much more than pose. Way more goes on behind the scenes. Countless models are also managing their own careers, running businesses, and being all-around businesswomen and entrepreneurs. If anything, it takes a very INTELLIGENT woman to be successful
in this industry. Essentially, models are single-handedly making themselves
brands and household names these days.

16.TC-Whats next for you?
TN-I'm currently in the process of working on my solo album! I've been a recording artist for a few years now but took a break to focus on modeling.Now I'm back in the studio, and you should be hearing some new stuff from me very soon!

"CAMPUS GIRL CALENDAR"

Campus Girls USA is a national calendar in which the 504 girls selected to be featured are broken up into a calendar for each of the six college football conferences according to the school they attend, (82 girls per football conf. calendar). For instance, I'll be featured in the ACC calendar because I attend Harvard. I was selected as a "wild card" because Harvard isn't exactly in any of the football conferences.

The calendar itself started in 2006 by Trevor Debth who basically took out a huge business loan to pay for the expenses in the production of the calendar. His concept was to develop a Sports Illustrated type swimsuit/fashion calendar. Trevor and his team are traveling across the country to do the photoshoots. Trevor is actually the photographer.

The very special thing about this calendar is that 100% of the profits go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Literally 100%. The organization is not-for-profit and Trevor is doing this on his own dime ... or the bank loan to be even more specific! Last year, they donated approximately $18,000 and are listed on the Foundation's site as being a major donor. This year's goal is to raise over $100,000.

Currently, the calendar is being pre-sold for $11.99 and will be $14.99 when it is officially released in September.

Even if people don't want to buy the calendar because they have no use for it, they can purchase one to be sent over to the soldiers in Iraq.

To the best of my knowledge, over 5000+ girls applied to be in the calendar this year and approximately 504 were picked to be featured. Casey Carlson, who was a contestant on American Idol was also featured in this calendar 2~ years ago.

For being featured in the calendar, each girl is required to sell 100 calendars. There's been previous years in which girls have taken advantage of this calendar, had their photoshoot, got the prints and didn't help to raise any money. Hence the 100 calendar per calendar girl new rule!

Karrine Steffans Brushes Off Angel Lola Luv Swipe, “I Don’t Even Know Who She Is”

Former XXL Eye Candy of the Year, Angel Lola Luv recently shared her thoughts about ex-rap video vixen Karrine Steffans on her blog for globalgrind.com.

In the post Luv accuses Steffans, whom she refers to by “Superhead,” of giving video girls a bad name. “There are a lot of different reasons why I could never ride with the choices that ‘Superhead” made,” Luv wrote. “I feel as though she played a major part in people really believing that all video vixens are just like her. Which is TOTALLY wrong! There is a difference between a ‘Video Vixen/Model’ and a ‘Video Hoe/Groupie.’ From the way they conduct themselves, their mentality and of course their agenda! The perceptions that people have of me and most video models are the total opposite of reality.”

Luv goes on to say that because of Steffans’s books - The New York Times best sellers Confessions of a Video Vixen and The Vixen Diaries – many models in the hop-hop industry get stereotyped as promiscuous. “I never went down the same path Superhead did,” she said. “I hold my head up high when I walk because I never had to sleep with anyone to get this far. So when people claim I slept with this person and that person all I can say is check my record.
